These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rt138 platform, including all games, betting markets, financial transactions, and support services. Promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of each offer. Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal. rt138 reserves the right to void bonuses or winnings where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is identified in connection with a promotional offer.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on rt138, you must at all times:
rt138 primarily serves players located in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that your participation is consistent with the laws and regulations applicable to you personally. The Company makes no representation that the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability where a Player accesses the platform from a location in which online gambling is restricted.
To access rt138's services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile telephone number registered in your name.
One Account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on rt138. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms. The Company may, at its sole discretion, merge duplicate Accounts, close all associated Accounts, and forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held therein.
Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or session details with any third party. rt138 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorized activity, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact support immediately via live chat.
Accurate information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Balance. rt138 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.
Account currency. All Accounts on rt138 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No multi-currency accounts are offered. Exchange rate risk does not apply to accounts held in IDR.
rt138 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming requirements. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered at the Company's discretion at any point during your membership.
Documents typically requested include:
Verification timeline. The KYC team aims to complete standard verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. During the verification period, deposits remain open but withdrawals are held pending clearance.
Consequences of non-compliance. If you fail to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request being issued, rt138 reserves the right to restrict or close the Account and return the original deposit amount (excluding Bonus Funds and any wagering-derived winnings) to the originating payment method.
5.1 Deposits. rt138 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are processed in real time for e-wallets and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the operating hours of the originating bank.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. If a deposit is received from an unrecognized source, it may be held pending verification and ultimately returned to the sender.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no stated maximum single-withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts; however, withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to additional verification review.

5.3 Payment method consistency. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a payment method change has been approved by the compliance team following successful re-verification. This policy is a standard anti-fraud and AML control measure.
5.4 Fees. rt138 does not charge its own transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges; the Company is not responsible for such third-party fees.
5.5 Refused withdrawals. rt138 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) a withdrawal is flagged by the fraud or AML monitoring system; (c) the applicable Wagering Requirement for Bonus Funds has not been met; or (d) the Account is under investigation for a terms violation.
rt138 offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, cashback programmes, and other incentive schemes to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
rt138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed, any modification will not affect Bonus Funds already credited, but the Company may adjust the applicable terms prospectively.
7.1 General. By placing any bet or wager on rt138, you acknowledge and accept the rules applicable to that specific game or market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's interface or information panel. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
7.2 Sportsbook. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. For BRI Liga 1 matches, the official PSSI result is authoritative. For international competitions such as the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, AFC Champions League, and FIFA-sanctioned events including Piala AFF, the result published by the relevant federation within 72 hours of match completion is used for settlement. Bets on matches abandoned before completion are voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market's rules provide otherwise.
7.3 Live casino. Live casino results as announced by the on-screen dealer and confirmed in the game log are final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome recorded in the game server log at the moment of disconnection is binding. Where a round cannot be settled due to a technical fault, stakes are returned to the Player's Account.
7.4 Slots and RNG games. All slot titles and RNG-based games on rt138 use certified random number generators audited by independent third parties. The RTP (return-to-player) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel. rt138 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical ability to do so — all results are generated by the studio's certified RNG software.
7.5 Void bets. rt138 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error; (b) the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed; or (c) there is clear evidence of match manipulation, result-fixing, or exploitation of a system error. In all void cases, stakes are returned.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on rt138 and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rt138 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from the Company.
The rt138 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any context — including social media, advertising, or third-party websites — without express written authorization from the Company.
rt138 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and customer support purposes. rt138 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
All data transmitted between your device and rt138 is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology. Financial data is processed through PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. rt138 retains transaction records as required under applicable AML regulations, typically for a minimum of five years following account closure.
11.1 Platform availability. rt138 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or Force Majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. The Company accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.
11.2 Betting decisions. All wagering and gaming decisions are made by the Player at their own risk. rt138 provides odds, game content, and market information in good faith but makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any information that may inform a Player's betting decisions. The Company is not responsible for any financial losses arising from a Player's gaming or betting activity.
11.3 Third-party content. Games provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others) are governed by those studios' own certified rules and RNG systems. rt138 is not liable for the technical performance of third-party game software, provided that the studio in question holds a valid gaming certification from a recognized independent testing laboratory.
11.4 Cap on liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.5 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Company; (b) death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting rt138's support team via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.
12.2 Termination by rt138. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
12.3 Effect of termination. Upon Account closure for a terms violation, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account. Where an Account is closed for any reason other than a Player's breach, the remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and holds its gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree first to attempt resolution through the rt138 customer support team and, if unresolved within 30 days, through binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause prevents the Company from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce an AML obligation.
Players in Indonesia acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling varies by jurisdiction. By accessing rt138, Indonesian players represent that they are acting in a personal capacity and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local laws.
rt138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, Players will be notified via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.
Continued use of the rt138 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change. Account closure in these circumstances will be treated as a voluntary closure under Clause 12.1.
The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless the amended Terms expressly provide otherwise.
